I've been thinking about this idea: Eigen.

Core idea: alignment is not a meeting, it's a self compass for individuals. When individuals self-correct early, teams and orgs move better.

Instead of waiting for quarterly check-ins, Eigen helps teams see whether daily work is converging toward the actual vision, or slowly drifting away.
